Five Bridge inn Rehoboth

Getting Married at the Five Bridge inn

The Five Bridge Inn is an 18th century historic farmhouse in Rehoboth, Massachusetts for years it was in inn and now it is also a wedding venue. It has a stunning bridal suite with a vintage red couch that gives the room so much character, a rustic barn that can host up to 120 guests as well as a newly constructed modern farmhouse that has a larger capacity of 270 guests. This was still under construction at the time but it is now finished and absolutely an stunning space! The venue feels completely private and also has the option for some people in the wedding party to stay on site, including the honeymoon suite.

The Innkeepers Barn

The new barn accommodates up to 270 guests with a 40x100 footprint and a second-floor mezzanine. It has 40-foot ceilings with five crystal chandeliers, cream-colored walls, white Chiavari chairs, and black trim windows with 12-foot doors overlooking the main lawn. Decorative beams and posts adorn the space, and amenities include a grand staircase, rear staircase, elevator, built-in bar, and bathrooms on both levels and includes built-in specialty tables for various displays.

Five Bridge Inn offers a 27-hour rental with accommodations for 8 people. Couples can start to use the space between 7-8 AM to use the pool-level facilities(where the groomsmen suite is, including a hair and makeup studio, lounges, gym, full kitchen, game suite, and two bathrooms. Outdoor amenities feature a patio with a grill, pool, basketball/tennis court, screened gazebo, lawn, she-shed, trails, and a nearby farm with alpacas and goats. Choose from four ceremony locations: the Gazebo, Gold Arbor, Birch Arbor, or the covered Ceremony Pavilion with chandeliers. The venue includes a shed for borrowing rustic items, and an appointed Venue Director will assist with planning and day-of coordination. After the wedding, unwind in the after-party space with a fireplace until 1 AM. Accommodations include four double-occupancy rooms at the Inn, such as the Honeymoon suite and the Llama room, with shared bathrooms available. Contingency plans for inclement weather are also provided.

The Retreat Barn

Catherine and James were married in the retreat barn in the winter. There is a bridal suite and a groomsmen suite for the wedding party to get ready in. The retreat barn is a rustic barn venue that accommodates up to 120 guests and features six large barn doors that open to the outdoors. It includes a woodland chapel with log bench seating, a stone wall with uplighting, and hand-built dining and specialty tables. Wagon wheel and rose gold chandeliers add charm, complemented by elegant black Chiavari chairs. Amenities include a built-in bar, restrooms, catering kitchen, and an outdoor cocktail space with a bar, multiple tables, and seating. The venue also has an outdoor stone fireplace, covered appetizer table, and restrooms. It was winter and cold so the couple did not utilize this but it would be lovely in the fall or summer! A gold arbor provides a photo opportunity in a raised green space, and there's a DJ loft and an outdoor shed for storage. Parking includes handicapped spaces at the main entrance and overflow parking in the main lot.

The 16-hour venue includes a woodland cottage for pre-ceremony preparation. The retreat barn’s cocktail area can host a small after-hours party while you clean up décor, with all items to be removed by 12 AM. A shed behind the barn is available for storing afterparty items and décor bins. An appointed Venue Director will assist with planning, and a Five Bridge Inn staff member will ensure all items are cleared by 12 AM. The shed also has rustic items you can borrow for your wedding, and there are contingency plans for inclement weather.

Once Catherine was fully ready she did a first look with her dad down the beautiful spiral staircase at the inn part of the venue that was absolutely stunning. I was able to shoot from above to get a different perspective.

James had an amazing time getting ready they were basically fully ready when I got there so we had some fun and they gave me their best boy band poses.

Their ceremony was in the retreat barn part of the venue which was a bit of a walk along a beautiful path surrounded by woods. You are very much on a farm with alpacas and other animals. The high ceilings and beautiful lighting was a beautiful scene for their ceremony and vows.

Then we transitioned into couples portraits, parent dances, and cake cutting with wonderful speeches to celebrate the couple. You can even see the newer larger modern farmhouse barn still being constructed in the back!
